These terms apply to your use of the Twin Lanterns website and the submission forms on it. By using the site you agree to them.

What we do

Twin Lanterns is a recruiting firm that introduces college students to early-stage startups. We are not an employer and we are not a party to any employment or contracting arrangement that results from an introduction. Hiring decisions, offers, pay and working conditions are agreed directly between the company and the candidate.

Using the site

• Provide accurate information about yourself or your company.
• Do not submit anyone else's information without their permission.
• Do not use the forms to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access.

We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Students

Applying does not guarantee a match, an interview or a role. We share your profile with a company only in connection with a specific opportunity. Our service is free to students.

Companies

Requesting talent does not guarantee a placement. During our founding pilot the service is provided free of charge; any future paid engagement will be agreed in writing before it begins. You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, wage and anti-discrimination laws in respect of anyone you engage.

Content and brand

The site, its copy, design and the Twin Lanterns name and mark belong to us. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us permission to use it to provide the service described here.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any company or candidate introduced through the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time.
